Co-founder of ho.rr collective: a dual curatorial collective with Holly O’Brien bringing community-focused moving image events to Glasgow spaces, recent programme ‘Projections’ is ongoing.
Curating a series of events, exhibitions and projects across Glasgow, including Projections (ho.rr) (ongoing), Intermission (ho.rr) (2022), Peer In (independent) (2022), Would You Like to Get to Know Me? (Independent) (2021), and Blue, Green, and Everything InBetween (independent) (2020). Commissioning and supporting artists in the development and production of their work. Research, risk assessments, artist contracts, curatorial texts, budgeting, and fundraising. Design production and print of publications. Work with external suppliers, transport, and venues. Designed websites, wrote copy, and created content for social media, incl. Soundcloud and Vimeo. Documentation, photography, video, editing.
Sep ‘23 - |Community Engagement Officer | Glasgow School of Art
Engaging daily with various stakeholders within GSA’s local and expanded networks to advance the university's public engagement strategy.
Duties include:
Spearheading creative initiatives with local community and public body groups to co-produce a programme of activity that platforms capacity building, inclusivity, and learning.
Developing civic engagement strategies for GSA’a extended outreach
Curating exhibitions on campus for external groups, including Central and West Integrated Network, Maryhill Integrated Network, Garnethill Multicultural Centre and Wing Hong Chinese Elderly Centre.
On the Environmental and Social Justice Framework board to develop idea milestones and achievements as GSA’s committed endeavours to improve its impact.

Sept ‘23- Present|Project Manager - The Neighbourhood Project | Fire Station Artists’ Studios | Dublin
Outreach and recruitment for community representatives, residents and local organisation staff members to join the project, administration tasks, facilitation of meetings, digital design, delivery of materials related to the project and development of new concepts for community initiatives.
Duties include:
Facilitating creative programmes for socio-economically disadvantaged children and young people
Securing funding through fundraising, application writing and partnerships
Developing a manifesto for socially engaged projects and strategies
Engaging local residents in events, projects and well-being activities
Delivering workshops in archival management, collecting oral histories and co-producing zines to create a legacy of civic pride for Dublin 1’s community
Oct ‘21- Sep ‘23 | Project Manager |icecream architecture | Glasgow
Project manager for digital and in-person community projects, including The Levenmouth Regeneration Project, Remembering Together: Co-creating Covid Community Memorial, Innovating Communities, Learning for Resilience, Maybole Regeneration Project and more.
Duties include:
Design and delivery of digital toolkits: learning relay maps, workbooks, cultural probes
Service Design and User Research to deliver regeneration programmes
Planning and delivering educational activities for school and youth groups, including workshops, digital painting, sensory activities, sculptural prototyping, and photography collage-making
Facilitation of online consultation events, including steering groups, stakeholders and community representatives

June - September ‘21 |Curator in Residence, Studio Pavilion, Glasgow
As a Curator in Residence working on community-engaged projects at Studio Pavilion, my role was integral in advancing the gallery's audience interface and expanding its outreach.
Duties include:
Identifying local stakeholders in the community who represented target groups, including women's support networks, neurodivergent groups and mothers and family groups, fostering meaningful connections between the arts and local communities.
Forming a steering committee with the stakeholders and facilitating dialogue by encouraging opinions on the space and their involvement in various art-related activities.
Developing relationships with community artists and volunteers working in the area who might partner with the gallery through collaborative projects.
Monitoring and evaluating the success of the engagement strategies through Behavioral Change Evaluation and focus groups to measure changes in behaviour, attitudes, and perceptions resulting from the curated programme.
Curating and producing a public programme of screenings and intergenerational workshops, which took place on-site.
Hosting a final exhibition, inviting local groups to engage with the space, which provided refreshments and paper resources to connect with the gallery in the future.
Jan - June 2021 |Researcher/Curator Wave Particle, Glasgow
As a Researcher and Consultation Facilitator at WAVEParticle engagement agency, I was crucial in supporting project management, conducting research, and facilitating consultations on large-scale regeneration projects, including the District Regeneration Framework with Glasgow City Council.
Duties include:
Working closely with the project manager, and providing essential research, evaluation, and data collation support.
Facilitating online 8-hour workshops with breaks in between for the District Regeneration Framework with Glasgow City Council.
Researching funding resources, managing stakeholder engagement, and contributing to developing project reports.
Ensuring the project manager had the necessary research insights and data to make informed decisions and monitor progress effectively.
Producing evaluation documents that assessed the effectiveness and impact of the engagement agency's initiatives.
Preparing comprehensive reports highlighting key findings, recommendations, and lessons learned. These evaluation documents were essential in improving future projects and demonstrating the agency's commitment to evidence-based practices.
Supporting the development of research papers and publications by conducting literature reviews and compiling information into publication zines.

Managing and leading several major projects, including Creative Schools with Dublin City Arts Council, Our World Irish Aids Awards with the Department of Foreign, The Student Enterprise Awards with Local Authorities, Young Scientist and Food Dudes.
